System RBM21

The system realises simplified access control up to 500 users in offices, car parks, SPA centres, swimming pools, medical care establishments, sanatoriums, etc. It works with defined magnetic cards or tokens, which provide the opportunity to programme the time of stay or the time of use of a given service. The basic functions of the system are:
Credit pre-payment of the stay – the pre-paid amount is reduced with every use of the service or stay. For example: In a hotel complex, for pre-paid 10 uses of the sauna the magnetic card reads to the system every use of the service, and after the 10th use the access to the sauna is impossible. Suitable for a large number of public services.
Pre-paid service with limited time of use. For example: car park stay pre-paid for 30 min. In case of a stay longer than 30 minutes, the system blocks the exit until the difference is paid.

Exit blocking. Applicable in the cases when a certain minimum period of time is required after entry.
adding extra objects for monitoring and access control to the system, like: additional parking places, additional offices, additional rooms in the SPA centres, etc.
Traffic lights control of the access, controlled by the system. Red and green light, controlled automatically by RBM21, show the availability of free parking spaces in the car park, or the unavailability of free spaces.
ANTIPASSBACK function of the system. It does not allow the transfer of the magnetic access card for entry or exit to another user (entitles only the right to an exit).
Chronology of visits – the system registers automatically the date and time of the last passage of every user (suitable for working time registration).
Statistics. Shows the users of the system at the moment.
Direct control – all access points (barriers, entrance gates, room doors, offices, etc.) are monitored through a personal computer, as well as the movement of users.
Differentiated monitoring of pre-payment. The system monitors pre-paid services that have different prices and duration, guaranteeing accuracy of the account (time and money) upon leaving the site.

Constructed for easy maintenance, the system can operate even without a personal computer fo direct monitoring of the user movement.

System RBM84

Combining high technology and flexibility, the system is designed for full access control of up to 5,500 users. It is suitable for large industrial sites. It controls car parks, access to offices, access to working premises, control of the passage of visitors and workers, access control to places of loading and unloading activities, registration and accounting the stay of visitors and working time. The command control of the system is designed for work with a computer, providing an opportunity for hourly and daily account of the access, as well as a momentary snapshot of the attendance. The system software is intuitive and easy to use, with orderly and comprehensible graphic design. RBM84 allows every user to be associated to the system with personal registration, access code, time of entry and duration of stay, the belonging to a certain working group, a detailed personal print-out for a certain period of time and many other options.

The system’s functions are:
Management and configuration of all peripheral devices

Management of different sensors for access of a certain group of users.
Selection, assigning and management of ANTIPASSBACK functions differing in duration.
A momentary snapshot of all users in the system.
Control and reconfiguration of the system via the Internet.
Modification and extension of the the system functions at any time.
Differentiated monitoring of pre-payment, depending on the type of stay, the set or limited time.
Option for programming different time limitations of the stay – working time of employees and workers, time of stay of visitors, time of stay for loading and unloading activities and so on.
Printing the necessary reference or information about the control.
Automatic backup of the daily access control.
Through setting prices to the system, avoiding subjective price formation for the stay of outsiders.

The system management is by a microprocessor and allows saving numerous data about the users, as well as the data about the passage through the different controlled points at the site. All managements and sensors operate flawlessly and supply continuous information to the personal computer, located at up to 1,000 mtrs from it.

The system has an option for further equipment with remore radio controls, different magnetic card readers, digital button panels for coded access (external and to be integrated), local traffic light installations (green-red light) for showing the current availability of the car parks, magnetic sensors for passage, etc. The protection level of the system is IP54.
